Experience Volcano Festival Tours
Saturday, July 25th- Garden & Home Tour
10:30 AM - 12:30 PM HST
Stroll through the restored gardens of the Kennedy family estate known as Bide-a-Wee, then continue walking down Old Volcano Road. The tour will conclude at the Tsuchiya House (next door to Kīlauea Lodge).
Sunday, July 26th- Old Volcano Road Walking Tour
10:30 AM - 12:30 PM HST
This tour will be a walk down Old Volcano Road from Volcano Art Center’s Niaulani campus to Kīlauea Lodge. Participants will learn about the natural environment and historic homes, businesses, and people who have made up the heart of Volcano for over 100 years.
Please note that this tour replaces our regular monthly walking tour. That tour will resume August 30.
Monthly Old Volcano Road Walking Tour
Join our guided walk along Old Volcano Road. Learn about the natural environment and historic homes, businesses, and people who have made up the heart of Volcano Village for more than 100 years. The tours are offered on the last Sunday of every month beginning at Volcano Art Center's Niaulani campus.
Walking tours are nonrefundable.
Note- July's tour will be offered during the Experience Volcano Festival. Monthly tours to resume in August.
